We crushed all of our initial goals, created new ones only to crush them again! All within a 12 week time frame. I was overweight, had low energy, didn’t fit in my clothes anymore and was lost about what to do. I tried Paleo, Keto, Intermittent fasting all with inconsistent results. I removed certain foods, demonized carbs and sugar all for nothing other than growing frustration. We put an end to all of that nonsense in an efficient, pleasant and practical roadmap to success.
My initial goals included having more energy, weight-loss, fitting in my clothes, feeling fit and most importantly creating a roadmap to diet, health and wellness which can be used as a long-term sustainable strategy.
Emil Goliath’s remarkably practical approach makes this a universally adaptable program for anybody who wants to who wants health, well-being and weight loss as part of their short and long-term goals. He’s by far the most reasonable person that I’ve seen in the diet, health and weight loss industry.
He doesn’t demonize any diet or food types. He doesn’t feel the need to be right and get argumentative about different foods or diet plans. However, he is an expert, has done all the research that surrounds diets, food types, nutrition and fitness and merely lays out the data and creates a program applicable to the individual to create short-term but more importantly long-term success.
This is rare among the health and wellness industry where everyone thinks that they have the right answer. His approach is more about assessing you as an individual, assessing your goals, the foods you like and making a roadmap to success. He will find what works for you in a sustainable practical way.
Now, 12 weeks later, I reached and surpassed my target weight, have more energy, more clarity, feel fit and have a roadmap to maintain this for the long term.
The best part is that I don’t feel like I have to avoid any foods and I no longer have any emotion around food choices. I still don’t fit my clothes, but not because they are too tight
