Lost touch with my training and nutrition when I spent 16 weeks training for a new job. I put on weight and felt awful. Tried to diet ‘strict’ and kept going round and round in circles back to square one as id have crazy cravings and get nowhere.
I decided to contact Emil, and before I knew it I had a 12 week structural plan tailored to myself taking into consideration my favourite exercises and working around certain injuries.
Emil taught me that you can successfully lose weight eating the foods you enjoy as long as you are tracking everything and most importantly consistent with it.
I was 76kg when I contacted Emil and at the end of the 12 weeks I was 66kg. This included quite a few social events, working away, and many foods I thoroughly enjoyed to eat daily. If I went off track Emil would assure me that everything was fine and that one bad day doesn’t undo all the weeks of work you’ve put in.
After the coaching, I felt that I was able to do everything by myself and have continued to do so the past two years and I couldn’t recommend Emil enough. My only regret is not going to him sooner.
