I had tried a lot of different diets; calorie counting and clean eating; paleo diets; giving up wheat, sugar and dairy; having 6-days a week of very strict dieting. I had a lot of different approaches and always found that I seemed to stall after a certain amount of time.
So, I was quite intrigued by the idea that Emil might be able to work with the constraints of my lifestyle. I had spent an awful lot of my life being very overweight, very inactive. It got to the point where I didn’t feel happy with how I looked, and I wasn’t happy with how I felt in general.
I have completely changed my whole lifestyle and how I function day-to-day. Exercise has become a really important part of my life. The idea of going a week without going to the gym is ludicrous to me now.
I eat better both in calorie count, portion control and nutrient quality. I never weighed myself at the start because I was too scared, but I would have been over 100 kilos. When I first started weighing myself I was 97 kilos. I lost, in total, about 35 kilos.
I feel better both physically and mentally when I’m taking care of myself.
